प्रिय ग्राहक,
कुछ व्यक्तियों द्वारा धोखाधड़ी वाले संदेश भेजे जा रहे हैं, जिसमें वे यह दावा कर रहे हैं कि ग्राहक के पिछले महीने का बिल अपडेट न होने के कारण गैस की आपूर्ति आज रात को काट दी जाएगी। वे आपको ऐसे धोखाधड़ी वाले संदेशों में दिए गए नंबरों पर किसी IGL अधिकारी को कॉल करने के लिए भी कह रहे हैं। कृपया ऐसे संदेशों का पालन न करें और दिए गए नंबरों पर कॉल न करें। इसके अलावा, ऐसे संदेशों में दिए गए लिंक के माध्यम से या नकद भुगतान कभी न करें। केवल IGL द्वारा अधिकृत चैनलों के माध्यम से ही अपने बिलों का भुगतान करें।

Dear Customer,
It has come to our notice that fraudulent messages are being sent by certain cyber fraudsters, wherein they are threatening to cut-off the gas supply by tonight as the customers previous month bill was not updated. They are also asking to call an IGL officer on the numbers provided in such fraudulent messages. Please do not entertain such messages and do not call on the numbers provided therein. Also never pay through links provided in such messages or through cash. Pay your bills through IGL authorized channels only.
