Queen's Valley School in Sector 8, Dwarka, organised Aurora: Seed for Thought, the inter-school competition. As a part of the two-day event, a debate on gender sensitisation and equality in partnership with Behes, an NGO, was also held.
Salil Singh of Behes says, "We are planning to create an all India platform where students from different cities across the country will debate and compete and then meet at the national level to vie for the title. 107 students from 12 schools in the Capital participated in the regional level fight. We plan to make better speakers, thinkers and eventually citizens."
Students who participated in the event also offered their views on the subject.
