Meet Canadian Yoga Teacher who came to India to learn Yoga now teaching Globally

Yoga is an ancient Indian practice to support physical, mental and spiritual well-being. This form of exercise now spreading to internationally too. People are seeing the benefits and adopting it too. Today we are having a conversation with Jared Foote from Toronto, Canada who is a Yoga teacher there. Jared was attracted towards yoga to be able to manage his anxiety but really enjoyed it. He came down to India and took formal training in Rishikesh. Now Jared has started to train students locally and through online classes in various countries.
