In this episode, cricketer Kunal Chandela tells Radio Dwarka how he started playing and stayed on after performing well.
Chandela did his schooling from Dehradun, and it was during those days, he found a good coach who helped him pitch his strength for the game. He had his share of disappointments too but braved all odds to rise. "I tried for Under 16, 19 and then finally made it Under 23. I never gave up, and my persistence paid off when I was selected to represent Delhi in Under 23." His parents have been supportive and even when he could not make it to any team, they encouraged and motivated him to perform. "At times, I was dejected and low, but they stood by my side and asked me to keep my chin up and keep playing." To Know More, Click On Picture.
