The 29th match of Under-16 Vijay Merchant Trophy was played between Punjab and Delhi at St. Stephens Ground, New Delhi, in which, winning the Toss, Punjab chose to Bat first. The Decision surely came in their way as the visitors made 403 runs for loss of 6 wickets in a single day. From the Punjab side Abhishek Sharma scored 152 runs in just 125 balls and Nehal Wadhera scored 110* in 165 deliveries he faced and Prabsimran Singh also scored 66 runs. From the home side, Vikas Solanki took 3 wickets and Tanwar and Ayush Badoni shared 1-1 wicket each. The Umpires of the Match are Bhaskarkumar Ajitkumar and Bengeri Abhijeet Uday while the Match Refree is Mr. Satyajit Satbhai.
