Green View Apartment in Sector 19 hosted an eye camp organised by NGO Pahal. The 43rd camp in the last six years received an overwhelming response from the underprivileged people living in and around the locality.
"It is for the benefit of the poor and needy people who can't afford to pay a hefty amount for an eye check-up. We call an optometrist and even distribute free spectacles," says Moloy Chakravorty of Pahal.
Another eye camp will be organised after a fortnight in Sector 10, Dwarka.
