Members of the Senior Citizens Association Dwarka held a function to celebrate Holi - festival of colours - at their Recreation Centre at MCD Park, Sector 6, Dwarka where over 200 members participated.
They sang, danced and played holi amongst themselves. Members were so engrossed with this that the function went on and on and no one was seems to be in a hurry to go home forcing the Management Team to serve them water, tea, snack and gujia at their seats only.
The President, Shri Balbir Singh Yadav, in his Holi message while wished them safe and happy holi, he highlighted the good work being done by the Association. He informed them that 70 members were taken to Haridwar; 82 members to Mughal Garden and Akshardham temple to the full satisfaction of the Members. He also informed that a team of 63 members is visiting Amritsar and Wagah Border on 23rd and 24th March 2017.
During this year, we plan to take members to Mathura Varindavan within the country and to Nepal and Mauritius. The members applauded the efforts being taken by the MC members and urged them to continue with the good work being undertaken by them.
As usual, for the benefit of the members Health Check Up camp was organised by the Maharaja Agarsen Hospital. Amplifon Hearing Aids suppliers were also present and offered free ear testing to the members any time of their convenience.
