The official of Dwarka District Court organized a inter district court cricket tournament – 2020 on 23.02.2020 & 01.03.2020 respectively at Bal bhawan international school, Dwarka.
The event was organized with great pomp and show in which 14 teams participated from all district courts of Delhi. It was indeed a matter of great joy and jubilation for not only for the members who participated in this event but also for the organizers for making it a huge success.
The final day witnessed a large crowd from all the district and an august presence of Dr. V. K. Dahiya, Ld. Additonal District Judge, Dwarka Courts and Sh. Gautam Manan, Ld. Secretary, DLSA, New Delhi, who graced the occasion and enthused the players.
The final was played between South-Wast Spartans, from Dwarka and Sanjeev XI from, Tis Hazari, in which Sanjeev XI scored a total of 104 in just 10 overs and comprehensively won by 40 runs .
It was highly commendable by all the staff members of different districts of Delhi. The success of this tournament takes its credit by the relentless efforts of Sh. Shrikant, Joint Secy., Delhi district court employee welfare association, Dwarka District Court and his team mates of Dwarka District courts
The events end with distribution of prize ceremony and a word of praise by Sh. Gautam Manan, Ld. Judge, Delhi District Court and Sh. Hemant Kaushik, President, Delhi district court employee welfare association who showed keen interest and complimented the efforts.
The ceremony ends with the national anthem.
